mari-mari..sy mau diet..

macam mane nk diet??
jap..b4 dat..what is diet??diet  is a sum of food consumed by a person or organism..meaning total makanan yg kite mkn kan..so..as human being..kite mesti nk nmpk cantik and menarik.(aku la tu..biar x cantik tp nk try gak jadi cantik)=p

bila kite mkn mknn yg bgos n sesuai ngn badan kite..kite mesti cantik!!!!wah..confident bangat ni..maksudnya aku slame ni mkn mknn yg x sesuai la tu..haha..

papehal pon…sbgai perempuan atau WANITA yg BELUM BERKAHWIN..(perlu ke statement cm ni??xpe..layan je la ye..), tubuh badan adalah aset utama..bukan la kate nk solid cun melecun..tp SIHAT SEJAHTERA..=)kan??

i’m 22 this year..rase cam dh lambat nk jage badan..yela..dh x remaja ye..umur dh lebih had..haha..nk beli jamu PERAWATAN REMAJA PUTRI MUSTIKA RATU pon dh x sesuai..

yg masih sempat..(better late than never ya!!!!) makan la makanan sehat dan seimbang..ingat ye seimbang..meaning leh la mkn yg x sehat gak..haha..ok2..jgn dgr ckp kite sgt k..=p

how to begin???well…kite kne g dpn cermin..preparation sblom tgk cermin???tutup mate..go to cermin..careful ya…kuatkan rohani dan jasmani…perlu ke??SGT PERLU la..untuk org like me k..huhu…orait2..back to focus..open your eyes..
